Wood Bioenergy US Free Summary

Forisk tracks, screens, and analyzes all wood-using bioenergy projects and sectors in the United States.

As of July 2022, Forisk’s wood bioenergy database tracks 414 operating and announced projects. These operating and announced projects represent a combined potential wood consumption of 105 million green tons per year if all projects come online. Based on Forisk’s viability screening process, 280 projects pass, indicating potential wood use of 86.9 million tons per year.
